Ragweed bluegrass benefit concert at HCH Library 4/20

The Shoreline’s favorite bluegrass band, ”Ragweed” will perform at The Henry Carter Hull Library at on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 7 pm.

One Yale grad student, one Yale educated architect, and four contractors with high school diplomas: sounds like an unpredictable mix. Experienced pickers, their shared love of bluegrass and wide ranging musical tastes make for an entertaining live show. You'll hear everything from Bill Monroe and Tony Rice to Tim O'Brien and Hank Williams, with a few fiddle tunes, and original songs, thrown in for good measure. Special guest banjo players Randall Rode, Bob Johnson and Jacob Moore.

$8 per person, children under 12 are free. All proceeds to benefit the Henry Carter Hull Library.
