The Henry Carter Hull Library celebrates National Library Week (April 13 - April 19, 2008) with exciting programs, free coffee, and a Food for Fines drive.
For the kids, the Children's Room offers a Mommy & Me Exercise Class on Friday, and the 2nd Annual Edible Books Festival on Saturday.
We have free coffee all week in the lobby, generously sponsored by Malone's Coffee House in downtown Clinton.
Join us on Thursday for a special author event!
Author Frances Madeson will be putting on a performance and reading from portions of her novel “Cooperative Village,” at the Henry Carter Hull Library in Clinton, Connecticut on Thursday April 17, 2008 at 6:00 pm. A discussion about the USA PATRIOT Act and book signing will follow.
And finally, in lieu of fines for your currently overdue materials, please bring in some non-perishable foods for Clinton's Families Helping Families.
Happy Library Week!
